Our Policy
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
That said, we want to make sure you receive what you ordered. If your item hasn’t arrived or there’s been a delivery issue, we’re happy to help—under the following conditions:
Replacement Eligibility
- Item Not Received: If your order hasn’t arrived, please first check with your local postal provider. If they confirm the item is lost or undelivered, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
- Delivery Issues (Not Your Fault): If your item was delivered but couldn’t be accessed due to reasons outside your control—like a misdelivery—we’ll send a replacement. Just let us know what happened.
What’s Not Covered
We cannot offer replacements if:
- The delivery issue was due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
- The item was delivered but stolen or damaged due to an unsecured delivery location.

Our remedy policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a remedy.
